Project Steering Committee

A Project Steering Committee (PSC) comprising a pool of professionals from SADC Member States represents the regional ownership of the Project. Each SADC Member State has appointed a National Contact Person who is a member of the PSC. In most cases, these are hydrogeologist/groundwater technical personnel in the Ministries or Departments of Water Affairs. The PSC meets twice in year to ensure project coherence, and oversee project policy, strategy and implementation.
